Recreation Survey 2026
Registered voters and Bethel property owners/taxpayers will be receiving, via the US Postal Service, a 2026 Capital Planning Survey for the Town of Bethel's Recreation Center. Please read through the survey carefully, answer the four questions, leave a comment if so inclined, and then return to the Town Managers Office before the August 31 deadline. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. There is a slot on the door if you pass by the office at another time or drop it in the mail. Surveys will be dated on the date received. Any surveys received after the August 31 deadline will not be counted.
If you are a registered voter or a Bethel property owner/taxpayer and did not receive a survey in the mail, please stop by the office to pick up a survey, call 234-9340 and we will mail one, or email dfeeney@townofbethelvt.com and Dietre will scan you a copy.
Questions? Please call 802-234-9340.

Rec Center Pavilion
The Rec Center Pavilion-all the bench seating, handrails, and posts up to the roof beams-are now being sealed to prevent future water damage. Everything is wet and sticky. There will be multiple coats of stain applied.
There is CAUTION TAPE across both entrances. PLEASE do not cross the caution tape. Soon the pavilion will be open for use. For now, please spread the word that everyone, including children and dogs, need to stay out.
