Annual Reports

According to Vermont Statutes, the "Auditor's Report" must be distributed at least 10 days before Town Meeting (17:2651b and 24:1682).  In addition, the Legislative Body must mail or otherwise distribute Town Meeting Warning in the Annual Town Report at least 10 days before Town Meeting to avoid publishing the Warning in the newspaper (17:2641(b)).
