There may not be an "I" in team, but there is a "U" in volunteer!

Did you know that volunteering helps counteract the effects of stress, anger and anxiety? How? Because volunteering makes you happy. By measuring hormones and brain activity, researchers have discovered that being helpful to others delivers immense pleasure. Human beings are hard-wired to give to others. The more we give, the happier we feel.

Bethel needs volunteers and currently has openings on all committees. We appreciate all of our volunteers and the time they give. It is what makes Bethel such a wonderful community.
