The Town of Bethel is looking for someone who would like to train to become the Cemetery Foreman. Cecil Washburn is our current Foreman and is looking for someone he can train. There is an annual stipend, but this is truly a volunteer position at heart.
The Cemetery Foreman sells burial plots, oversees burials, does some cemetery maintenance and much much more.
If you are interested in Bethel history and semi-retired or retired, looking for something to do, this is the job for you!
